The Story
Saif has over 6 years of experience in fitness during which he coached more than 4000 coaching hours of CrossFit Classes, Yoga, One-On-One Classes, and a lot more. Saif started growing as a coach at CrossFit Crescent in Amman, Jordan.
Immediately after he passed his CF-L1, he started shadowing and assisting classes, running classes for beginners. A year later, he got his CF-L2 and became a lead coach at Crescent. He was coaching almost the same amount of hours for what a full time coach was doing at the gym back then, yet he still had his 9-5 desk job as an architect.
Middle of 2018, Saif decided to do the full switch! He left his job in architecture after 10 years of practice to become the Head Coach /Manager at CrossFit Crescent until he left his position there in August 2021.
Saif’s passion for CrossFit made him work with CrossFit Headquarter. He works as Arabic-English Translator for CFL1 Seminars and helps in translating the CFL1 study materials. He was also enrolled in CFHQ’s internship program to become a staff member. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 travel restriction, he could not continue in this program.
Saif has also worked as the Head Programmer for The Decapolis Games; a competition held in Amman, Jordan.
Away from fitness, Saif got his bachelor degree in Architecture at the German-Jordanian University. He excelled as an architect, worked in various design & construction offices as a full time employee or freelancer. With about 10 years of experience in this field, Saif worked on projects like; restaurants, gyms, commercial buildings, residential building, home interiors, museums, and many more.
