We currently use a fitness mobile app called “Fitr Training”. Once you are enrolled to one of our programs, an account will be created for you on Fitr and then the workout plan you choose will be assigned to you.
Yes, "Fitr Training" is available to download free on both Apple Store & Google Store
Currently, payments for monthly subscriptions are managed through PayPal. One-Off Payment Programs can be done through PayPal or bank transfer using our IBAN number.
No, Functional Fitness Lab is not a gym with physical location. We provide training plans, using functional exercises. You can subscribe to any of our available plans according to your target, and perform these workouts at a gym and time of your choice.
Other than the training plans, we have consultation services for athletes and gym owners.

Unlike conventional gyms, where most of the training is focused on Isolation exercises; taking one muscle at a time at a certain day at certain machines that will target that muscles specifically. Functional Exercises are based on the function of the body.
Isolation Training would hit chest + triceps muscles in one day, then quads on one day, then cardio on one day, then hamstring in one day…etc. Exercises: Leg Press, Leg Extension, Leg Curls
Functional training would be based on your body’s function; push strength, pull strength, maximal load, maximal distance….etc. Exercises: Squat, Power Clean, Deadlift, 5K Run.
